Request for Nominations: 2022 Pignataro Award

It is again time for the MET Section to consider nominees for the 2022 Dr. Louis J. Pignataro Memorial Transportation Education Award, to be presented at the April 2022 ITE MET Section Meeting. Last year's award was given to Mr. Abdelrahman Ismael, who is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Transportation Engineering and Graduate Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

Nominees should be MET Section area students or faculty members who have demonstrated outstanding performance in their studies or teachings. The awardee will have already contributed to, or shown the potential for contributing to, the Met Section and to the practice of the transportation profession.

The award includes a plaque and check for $1,000.
