Group Onboarding Platform Orientations or GOPO Customer training sessions designed to offer the same onboarding training we provide our individual customers but, in a group setting. The following are the details concerning these orientations:

• An orientation will be held twice a month
• Each orientation will last 1 week
• Each orientation consists of 3 to 5 sessions
• Each session is about 2 hours (with time at the end to answer questions)
• Sessions will be asynchronous with participants' cameras and audio off.
• Questions will be posted on the Chat board
• 10 customers per group orientation
• Max 30 people per orientation
• The 5 modules we will cover during an orientation will be:
• Contact, Campaigns, Events, Membership, & Finance
