A Brighter Future?

The regulatory landscape has become a challenging place to operate as the whole word is struggling to contain the spread of COVID-19, where the frequency and diversity of policy changes are issued by global government.

The 7th SCLA Global Leaders Forum is the world-leading platform focused on the exchange of the current development of the global regulatory environment, bringing the leaders from International organizations and from the legal industry in discussing the regulatory issues which are vital in the global economical and legal perspective.

During the 150 minutes online forum, it will start by discussing the regulatory environment in global trade from WTO Perspective, examining the trading system based on WTO rules and reactions from different countries, as well as the update on the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (SPS Agreement) and the Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) Agreement. Follow up, from the national level, the forum will lead the discussion on regulation changes due to Covid-19 with respect to cross-border production as well as the regulatory impact on cross border productions and transactions in Africa and United States. Followed by China, where the changes of draft Anti-Monopoly Law has been recently implemented. Then, from the economic perspective, whether there are new possibilities under International Competition Law facilitate the economic growth. Finally, the participants will have the opportunities to join the discussions "with" and as "the" leaders during all the forum especially on the final expert panel.

The forum will be an excellent opportunity for establishing and expend strong global professional connections.
