The biggest news in our company history last year was rebranding from 'EventBank' to 'Glue Up'.
The change in our corporate identity focused on emphasizing our strengths, highlighting our growth, and bringing to light our commitment to building stronger communities through engagement.
In line with this, it also supported our business expansion and long-term goals. We are proud to say that our mission to exceed expectations by delivering top-notch cloud solutions has been accomplished, but it doesn't stop there.
We recently launched the new feature, Speed Networking, which allows professionals to establish and maintain meaningful connections virtually. As more meetings move online, it is a unique solution that can help you grow your professional network faster than in-person meetings and conferences. It's a quick and safe way to engage and connect through one-on-one or group video calls or chat, as you build your business connections and create meaningful relationships with others.
It has never been easier to run webinars and online events using our Webinar Engagement Solution from our password-protected portal. With only a few clicks, its ease of use makes the best engagement experience possible for your entire community.
With our goal to bring communities closer to organizations, Community Engagement Solution helps you provide members more value by creating groups for member engagement. Moreover, members can create or join discussions freely.
Communities can also take advantage of digital business cards and meeting requests to manage their contacts effectively and network better wherever they are. Lastly, we also implemented the direct messaging feature to increase attendee engagement at events.
To help clients manage their offered CPE/CPD courses and credits effectively, we launched a series of new features for our Training Management Suite. The features come with a powerful certificate editor and point tracking to improve data management. With the new CPE/CPD features, you can build, market, sell, and analyze training courses of any kind with ease.
We have launched an online payment gateway - Paygage, which initially rolled out in the United States. It offers a complete, safe, and convenient payment processing solution for member-based organizations to provide a delightful customer experience.
With Paygage, you can accept payments from attendees and members with ease. The robust payment platform accepts funds instantly from major credit, debit, and prepaid cards or via eCheck.
We have expanded the functionality of the Survey features into its own module for platform-wide use. Users can now easily cater to all of their survey needs from the entire contact database with measurable results. The upgraded Survey Module lets you collect, analyze, and process customer, member, or attendee feedback directly on the Glue Up platform.
An easier way to feature essential data such as events, membership directory, and applications with our platform is by using Glue Up widgets. You can also connect Glue Up to your favorite software with easy plug-and-play integrations like QuickBook, Xero, or Zoom to save time and eliminate manual tasks.
In May 2020, we released a series of updates on our engagement and payment platforms. We have enabled customers to also accept payments from members and ticket purchases via Stripe integration. This release is currently available for customers in the UK, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, and Mexico.

Driven by social distancing and temporarily away from human connection, Glue Up events moved towards digital in 2020. With our mission to transform the way professional communities enable and enrich relationships at the forefront of everything we do, we organized over 70 events that have educated and helped professional communities navigate through the pandemic.
Some notable event series we have held: Preparing for Post COVID-19: How Can Associations Be Ready?; The Future Of Events Post COVID-19; How to Keep Members Connected and Engaged; Navigating The New Normal Of The Event Industry and many more which were attended by over 10,000 participants all over the world.
We launched Academy in February 2020, and over 1,000 participants took part in the certification courses. Following its success in the Asia Pacific, we further offered it in EMEA, North America and Latin America regions.
The impressive results are a proven record of success in our desired vision and planned goals as an all-in-one cloud software to help professional communities modernize community engagement processes.
We believe that international expansion offers a chance to transform even more communities around the world. Also, we want to ensure that we regularly hire only the best talent. For this reason, we have expanded our recruiting efforts and hired more than 30 new employees in the US, UK, Canada, as well as in Latin America.
